The Personnel Department is part of the Department of Human Resources which provides the administrative function. This one includes contract management (registration, mid-career changes and resignations or dismissal), salary administration, establishment of corporate documents and compliance with social legislation and the implementation about this (annual holidays, measures at retirement, etc …)
Any event at the individual (illness, pregnancy, injury, circumstantial event, etc …) affecting the work contract and /or compensation must be considered and processed administratively.
To full fill the tasks assigned to the office of Personnel do maintain contact with all departments and services of the hospital and all workers.
Required to inform correctly and timely. It is itself dependent for optimal realization of its mission, good cooperation to others services for any information needs and the respect of the requirement by the staff member.
